This place has newly renovated rooms with a clean bed, a huge bathroom, and a spectacular view of the sea.

Everything was perfect, airy room with a good seaview on the seafront. The location was brilliant yet it was right at downtown area, just 5 minutes by foot. The staff was efficient - we would come here again.

This is a newly renovated hotel with professional staff on the reception desk. The location is reasonably priced and best possible and it is not far from short walk to old town and the seafront, where parking is restricted to 4 hours between 11 am 6 pm and the beach and the center:)))

The brand-new room is compact and has a functional bathroom. It offers a picturesque view over the sea. - Located in the best possible area near the center, making it super convenient.

We were given a single room on arrival, it was airy. Its location just a short walk away from a Hastings pier was magnificent and unbeatable.

We had a pleasant stay with good service and a lovely suite with a balcony.

The lansdowne is in a fantastic location, on the seafront. The room was clean,spacious with brand new furniture big lcd tv and brand new shower room. Staff were friendly and helpful and breakfast was great.

The room was very clean and cleaned daily with a nice tv and tea and coffee making facilities. there was a welcoming bottle of wine and some days we were given complimentary bottles of water. The bed was clean and very comfortable. A shared balcony allowed me to sit outside under cover when it rained. A very nice and adequate english breakfast was served between 7.30 and 9.30 so great for a lie-in. I would stay here again as the location was great and the hotel comfortable.

I realised at the time of my stay that a redecoration had been in progress before i got there but some things were still a little shabby in places. Staff were on hand most of the time and were helpful but didnt go out of their way to be socialable with the guests.

Neat and affordable accommodation in a fantastic location near shopping areas, Old Town, and St Leonard's.

Very friendly,good extra services I.E. breakfast in room, complimentary bottles of water,excellent breakfast. All in all very good value for money in great location for all amenities without being too noisy.
